Supplements and Fruited Spice Loaf Cake

Do you believe you eat a balanced diet and don’t need supplements?  My supplements:  BCAA’s, Vitamin E, SUPER Multi-Vitamin, Calcium+D, and L-Glutamine following weights and long distance runs. Running Cold and Chocolate with Francois Chocolate Loaf Cake

No great mile accomplishments this week.  I’m backing off to 50 miles with a shorter long run of 13 to 14.  A down week is needed, plus the Beer & Chili 10K on Sat.
