Slow Running and Kit Kat Bars

It was definitely Monday.  I woke up SO not in the mood to get up and hit the gym.  I got dressed and went to the top of the stairs where Shane was sleeping.  I sat with him, rubbing his belly, hugging his soft furry little self and soaking up his warmth.  That couldn’t last, I had to get this thing done.  The schedule: 45 min. Treadmill run + Light Leg strengthening and stretching + 35 min. outside run.   What REALLY happened:  30 min. Treadmill run + light leg workout and stretching + 44 min. outside run.  It was slow.
