CNYEats A Taste of Utica Fluffy Chocolate Butter Frosting

A favorite frosting for many.  Sweet, soft and fluffy, melt in your mouth scrumpdillyitious!  Posted by Chris and found on page 182 of our book A Taste of Utica, this is a recipe for frosting you will use time and time again.
