CEimB Banana Splits with Pineapple Topping

This week’s pick is by Shandy of Pastry Heaven.  What a treat!  We love bananas in this house and ice cream never lasts too long.  This was a great reward for working hard all week. I bought a fresh pineapple from the store last weekend but it didn’t last long enough to be used in this terrific dessert.
