I really wish I could tell everyone that we were convinced Snow Boarding was our sport of choice.   That today was so much better than yesterday. That all our bruises were gone, all soreness had disappeared, and we had taken to the snowy slopes like we were born Olympians.  But that’s not the case.  We began our day on the slopes at 10 AM. Hunter Mountain Arrival

Hunter Mountain Arrival: No Snowboard yet.  The desk at the Kaatskill Mountain Club Resort didn’t have our room ready and they wouldn’t allow us to get the rental passes until we checked in so, we were sent off to the Van Winkle lounge to indulge in the most wonderful glass of  Petite Syrah.
