A Warming Experience

Accomplished:  A good workout.  Not quite as sweat inducing as when I run, but a good workout. 20 minutes of Elliptical & 10 minutes rowing (rowing is suppose to be good training for runners). 30 minute leg training: 4 sets x 12 to 15 reps each of 1. Hack squats with walking lunges. 2. Leg press with hyperextensions  3.  Extensions with seated calf raises  4.  Curls with standing calf stretches and ab crunches.  51 minute walk with Shane.
