A healthy start to Tuesday

 One of my favorite grain breakfasts is cream of rye.  If you haven't tried it, you should. It offers a slightly different texture to oatmeal, maybe a bit courser?  I make it as follows: 1/3c cream of rye, 2/3c water(you might want more to obtain your fav. consistency), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp craisins, 1 tbsp canned pumpkin ('tis the season) : bring to a boil, then let simmer for about 15 min.
