Sue makes a meal with All-Bran
Starting the day without a plan. Got up then went back to bed until 5:10. At 5:30, Shane and I went for a 3.11 mile run. Since I was back early enough, the gym was “calling” for a quick leg workout. It was 20 minutes of presses, deadlifts, curls, extensions, seated calf raises, and ball-wall squats. Quick and effective.
