Back in the swing

I was amazed at how easy it was to get up this morning at my earlier time!  What WAS difficult was running on the T/M.  But I did it for 3 1/2 miles, then opted for the ET for the last 10 minutes.  For my weight work out, I chose chest and biceps today. All exercises 4 sets x 12 reps. Incline chest press + concentration bicep curls. Standing chest press (cables) + hammer curls. Pec cross overs + db bicep curls.
