Ultra running links and Graeter’s Ice Cream

Reading about ultra running really helped to motivate me during marathon training.  I thought “If those folks can go 100 miles and endure the blisters, the heat, the extreme exhaustion, and everything else over more than 24 hours in some cases, I can certainly run through my aches and pains in under 4 hours”.
