On the radio the other day, the interviewer asked the guest “If you named your life right now as a chapter in a book, what would that chapter be called?” I looked at Ted as we drove along and said “Amazing”. He said “excuse me?”  I said, “I’d name the chapter of my life right now “Amazing”. Goal Sightings and Chickpea Salad with Lemon Dressing

Goal sightings around the house and then some: The kitchen counter The window by the treadmill The bathroom mirror at work… Need I say more? Just FYI, my goal time is written on recipe cards. How appropriate A good for you but delicious salad… Chickpeas!
