You Should Take Note

Happy Monday All!  It was SO difficult getting motivated to work out today. Seems to be the case on a Monday.  I ended up completing an excellent workout as follows: 6.5 mile Run.  Part on the treadmill and part outside with Shane. So it was broken up with 35 min. chest & biceps. in between.  The details are: 45 min. run on T/Mill. 5 miles.
