Fruit Sauce for Grilled Entrees

Sometimes when grilling our meals, even though care is taken, we end up with a really dry piece of fish or meat .  Instead of admitting defeat and feeding the "shoe leather" to the dog (although the dog really wouldn't mind), try topping it with this recipe for a dried fruit sauce.  The recipe was adapted from the June/July 2009 issue of "Cooking Pleasures".
