The Breakfast Cookie

This is a cookie that has all the healthy breakfast options EXCEPT eggs.  It is mixed together the night before and in the morning you will simply preheat your oven, bake the cookie for 12 to 15 minutes, make the house smell DELICIOUS, and have a great “on the go” meal. A Cookie That Get's You "Going"

What's with the "Going"?   Remember pledging that Fraternity or Sorority and they gave you some funny piece of chocolate?   Yeah...right. Chocolate my foot!   It was EX-LAX! That wasn't funny!  Who remembers that?
