Gluten Free Energy

Last night I made up for not having a weight workout first thing Monday morning.  I hate skipping out on my usual routine.  After work Monday, I went into the gym to pump up the chest and arms.  It didn’t take me long, about 40 minutes. I’m in one of those “Oh…I don’t know….”  kind of moods so I can’t tell you my workout plan for the rest of the week.  It looks like it’s going to be day-to-day.
