Delta Lake Triathlon 2011
What a day. A PR for Ted. A great race on a gorgeous Central New York day. The Delta Lake Triathlon of 2010 triggered Ted’s interest in the sport. We were on the road by 6 am and arrived at the park by 6:45 am to set up. There were over 300 athletes in this event. The 2nd running of the Delta Lake Triathlon.
