By Danny Meyer and Michael Romano” Source: Union Square The recipe for Roast Stuffed Eggplant with Tomato Sauce is in the Appetizer section of the book.  To us, it was a whole meal.  I added, instead of the anchovies listed below, vegetarian ground sausage.  Serves 4 6 Baby eggplant (I used 2 large) 3 TBS olive oil 2 tsp minced [...]

Worry Zone and Warm Eggplant Black Bean Salad

First of all, I want to know why I get SO MUCH JUNK email on my CA Raisin Bread post! It's so frustrating!  Do you get more crap on one post than any others?  Second, Ted had a race tonight in swim class. He said he beat those little kids.  I said "REALLY? If you do any strength workouts, do you prefer bars, dumbbells, or cable machines?  I like the cable machine the best but to get a well rounded workout, I use everything.  Wednesday running day:  Ran with Jenn and John today.  The plan was to run a fast 5 or 6 with the two J’s and keep the miles in the teens for the long haul.  I’m still shooting for [...]
