The After Bloat

Began the day with a full stomach so I made use of it and did 35 minutes of mixed aerobics and a quick shoulder workout.  Shane and I went for a walk then we played a little frisbee in the track field. Back track a bit... why I have a full stomach is because at about 7:30 PM I had a snack attack. Instead of picking here and there, I decided to make a healthy salad.
