Contemplating “UP” and Grilled Oriental Salad

Hit the treadmill running and then some. The “then some” was the chest and back workout for 35 minutes, but it all began on the dreaded mill.  Interval training:  2 mile warm up. 4 x 5 minute intervals, rest for 5 minutes (slow jog).   To continue outside with Shane for 3 1/4 cool down miles.  Total miles run Monday AM = 10 miles. The mornings are dark now when we leave the house. I wear a reflective vest (did you see my new one from Nathan’s? ) and Shane has a reflective collar and leash.  It was a great running [...]
