There was no way I could miss making this week’s Craving Ellie recipe.  Not just because tuna casserole is a good meal, but because one of my favorite Craving Ellie gals chose the recipe.  I was looking forward to cooking with Peggy of Pantry Revisited.  Cut to the chase:   We LOVED this recipe. A day of touring

What great day. We began by picking up my shirt and number for tomorrows race. We were lucky to arrive at the Brewery early for the tour because, with all the Porsche members that arrived, parking was pretty scarce. We were broken up into 3 tour groups since there were about 75 of us.  Let the fun begin.  F.X. Matt Brewery:   The Summer Pale Ale was light and refreshing.
