Dinner Salad

FOFF Taco Salad

On page 28 of the book Fusion of Food and Friends by chef Carla Vavala, there is a recipe for a terrific brunch salad or dinner salad.  It’s a little spicy, “meaty”, cheesy and filled with crisp Romaine lettuce.  A good source of vegetables plus protein (either vegetarian or carnivore).  The best part, as always, is that it’s quick and easy. Exercise after 4pm and Warm Crab Vegetable Salad with Peas

I left work a little before 4pm to start my P90X workout, yesterday 1.  The idea of working out in the afternoon/early evening is not appealing to me AT ALL.  But I did it.  An hour and 20 minutes of P90X Chest and Back plus the AB Ripper.  It was tough.  It was something new for my body.  Did I like it? A Day in the South Plus

Beginning with today….
