cream cheese pie crust

A recipe from Chris’s sister, found on page 193 of our book A Taste of Utica.  This is a delicious cream cheese pastry roll filled with rich chocolate and nuts.  I don’t have to say “enjoy”.  I know you will. The dough 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature 2 cups flour Cream together the cream cheese and butter.
