What was that splash?

We dined at Charlotte's Creekside Restaurant Lounge and Inn last night. It is located in Vernon, NY just past the Turning Stone Casino. A very appealling decor with a relaxing yet elegant atmosphere. We were fortunate enough to get outside seating last evening. It was a beautiful late afternoon, the temperature was perfect. The sun was just beginning to settle in the sky and only heated Ted's back for about 15 minutes which he said was tolerable. The service at Charlotte's was good. Everyone friendly and cheerful. From bad to terrific

Winter got to me yesterday. My mood was foul. It also seemed like the longest day in history. However, some things did get accomplished. 1. I made the Spinach Artichoke Dip Bread using the left over dip from CEimB Thursday night dinner. The crust was a bit hard and I would add a TBS of oil but it did turn out quite tasty with a large, open crumb.
