Aerobically Challenged and Healthy Eats
Wednesday’s workout was simply aerobics, or should have been. I did get up (about 20 minutes after the alarm went off) but the original plan just didn’t happen. It was aerobic day and a break from the weights. The soreness in my lower body was so debilitating that even walking hurt. Being a believer in “when it’s sore, work it out”, that’s exactly what I tried. The end result was 30 minutes on the Elliptical (with my eyes closed) and a 3.4 mile walk with Shane.
