CEimB: Mixed Berry Cobbler Pancake Cookies

First Flat and Banana Muffins

Today’s workout: chest and arms then onto a 7.53 mile run with Shane. Great morning for a run.  It was 62 degrees. Long Island on a Sunday

This is how our morning began:  A treadmill run of 6.72 miles.  Yes…I was suppose to take the weekend off but since I was wide awake early, the best thing to do was to get up and run.  Funny thing.  The treadmill in the hotel was a heck of a lot easier to run on than our treadmill at home.
