The Breakfast Cookie

This is a cookie that has all the healthy breakfast options EXCEPT eggs.  It is mixed together the night before and in the morning you will simply preheat your oven, bake the cookie for 12 to 15 minutes, make the house smell DELICIOUS, and have a great “on the go” meal. CEimB: Breakfast Cookies

This weeks CEimB recipe was chosen by Natalie of  Whats For Supper.  Make sure to check out Natalie's blog for the complete recipe or go HERE for the link. Since the title of the recipe is "Breakfast Cookies", I made them for breakfast. Quick and easy.
