Happy Hump Over the Bump Wednesday

It's that hump day again. Time is flying and Spring is just around the corner. Can you believe it's time to "Spring Forward" with our clocks this weekend?!  It seems to have rolled around pretty quickly. To kick off this cold but calm "over the bump" day, I did 20 minutes on the ET and 20 on the TM.  My 1 scoop of VPX got me through it.   A good 35 minutes of weights was then completed doing back and triceps.  Shane and I walked and jogged for 3.3 miles since it was nice once we got going and shook off [...]
