Carrot Sheet Cake: What to do with holiday left overs

Now that holiday meal is over and your refrigerator is hardly able to close, you can’t possibly eat those left overs before you get tired of the same old, same old. S’Mores Loaf Cake

It was just one of those days. The weather screamed for us to be outside. I took advantage of the cooler start to the day by running with Shane. April Avril Abril

Any which way you spell it, it is still the month that brings the showers.  We had those this past weekend in central New York.  Our Sunday bike ride was put on the back burner because both Ted and I got a chill while walking Shane.  We went 4 + miles.  It was cold, little windy, and wet.  We still intended to bike to breakfast but on the walk home both of us said we were just too cold.
