Hours Trumps Miles and Meyer Lemon Baked Fries

FOFF Oven Fries

Page 35 of Carla Vavala’s book “Fusion of Food and Friends”. I'm sure you know about this easy way to make homemade fries? If not, the result is so good and better than Micky D’s (or at least from what I remember…it’s been YEARS since going to the Golden Arches).
