Heart Run and Walk 2011: 30K

March 5th, 2011 was the annual Heart Run and Walk event in Utica, NY.  Money raised: close to $350,000. All in the name of a good cause. I have walked and run every event, making that an official claim as of today.  I ran the 30K, 18.6 miles (although my Garmin only registered 18.34???). The Heart Run Expo

Meetin' and Greetin'

What a fun morning at the American HeartRun and Walk Health Expo!  I was actually able to turn it into a "food blog" event. See below. There were so many happy faces and people to talk to.
