A recipe by Junita Bognanni blogging at stackofcookbooks and tweeting @junita using everyone’s favorite Chocolate Hazelnut spread.  For breakfast, for snacking, for dessert (serve warm so the ice cream melts all around it), any which way is perfect.

In a standing mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light in color.

Add eggs one at a time while mixer is beating then add the yogurt and chocolate hazelnut spread beating until combined.

Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and soda then stir into the chocolate batter until well combined.

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 50 – 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
