I’ll be honest. I’ve never enjoyed drinking milk.  The only time I have ever desired milk is when I’ve been sick and wanted warm milk and honey before going to bed. Cold milk? Not me!

A year or so ago, I started reading about athletes getting into chocolate milk as the perfect drink for recovery after a tough workout.  In fact, I heard about chocolate milk being healthy, nutritious, etc., etc., etc. a few years ago.  It has taken me THAT long to give it a try.  I picked up a small bottle of Fat Free Nesquik Chocolate milk.

Since that day, I’ve CRAVED this post workout fuel when I get home from a run.

I’ve also recently joined the GotChocolateMilk community to promote the benefits of enjoying this nutritious beverage.
