Saturday night we  I watch “Avatar”.  Ted fell asleep after 15 minutes into this 162 minute movie.  He kept muttering something about “it’s all the same story” every time I tried to wake him up.

I thought it was a fantastic movie with a good story.  It was a bit long for this “fidget” to sit still all the way through but I only took two breaks so didn’t miss much.

Did you see the movie yet?  In 3D?  Would you give it a thumbs up or down?

Product Review:

SOY JOY bars.  BLUEBERRY!  Yumm-O!

DSC_4479

Two samples arrived from Foodbuzz yesterday and I’ve already eaten one. These are really good. Just a little chewy which is perfect for me…LOVE chewy and very, berry blueberry.

It’s is a good snack to have before a workout because the bar offers protein, complex carbs, a little fiber and a little fat so you can keep the energy and keep the body in motion.

Sunday’s goings on…

Shane was a whiney dog at 5:45 so I let him out the front door for a minute, he came back in and allowed us to sleep until 6:45 am.  Yay!

The three of us took advantage of the weather, 51 degrees and no rain, and went for a 3 1/2 mile walk around the parks and into the trails.

We cut it a little short because Ted’s ankle was still a bit sore.  Shane got in some ball throwing and had some good exercise.

Since the rain was holding off, we decided to go for a bike ride.  21 1/2 miles.  We went to Frankfort and back again, stopping at Marr-Logg Restaurant for an enjoyable Sunday morning Giambrotti.

Ted had the full Giambotti with eggs, home fries, sweet peppers, greens, sausage, and Swiss cheese.

I had the 1/2 Giambotti with Eggbeaters, HOT peppers, greens and Swiss cheese.  We both had dry rye toast on the side.  SO, SO GOOD!

Marr-Logg is a diner style restaurant on Culver Ave. that aims to please.  They are open for breakfast and lunch most days.  The service is great, the portion size plenty, and the prices right on. Our breakfast which included coffee, was $17.50 for both of us.

As for the rest of Sunday, I’m going to make something.  I’m not sure what yet, but I’m in the mood for sweet.  There is no house cleaning on schedule, did a little of that Thursday and Saturday and the cleaners are coming on Monday.  If the house isn’t messy for the cleaners, they won’t feel like they were needed….Can’t Have THAT!!!!

There are Marathons going on today:  Big Sur in California, London Marathon in England, Glass City in Ohio, Oklahoma City Memorial in Oklahoma, and the Zurich Marathon in Switzerland.

Let me know if you know any one running.  Good luck to them all.  My cousin is running in the London – GOOD LUCK STEVEN!
