Here’s the best tip of the day: If you don’t know what you are doing with code and style sheets in your blog, leave them alone. What a mess I made of my comments code.
Thanks to ZestyCook, it’s fixed. Yay- Zesty! By the way, Cory offers terrific recipes along with being a website wiz.
This mishap has left me with the thought: I wish I knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING so I could do EVERYTHING my self. Do you ever feel that way?
More to come later but for a quick recap of todays events:
Short walk in 6 degree weather. 2 miles. As I was walking along, my forehead was cold even though I had a mask and hat on. My thumbs were cold. My torso was hot. I headed for home, looking forward to climbing back into a warm bed. Didn’t happend. Ted was up and in the gym. The bed was made. I grabbed the afghan, my pillow and layed down for 30 minutes. Disappointed my “bedwarmer” was gone, but glad to grab 30 more minutes of rest.
Sometimes your body just says “STOP!”. Mine did this morning and I listened. Maybe it will allow me a longer, faster run tomorrow.

It WAS chilly this morning. Had to really dress to go out & feed the birds – – sometimes I can get away with just flannel feeties & boots! DJ wanted so much to stay out w/Bob while he was snowblowing, and yet he was lifting a paw now & again ’cause the ground was so cold. I finally convinced him, with the promise of a cookie!
LOVE the look of that chicken, Joanne – – what kind of marinade before you broiled??
Hope the photography class was worthwhile. Stay warm, & enjoy the sunshine,

DUH! I think my mind is already looking to Saturday…
I found the recipe on ZestyCook – -thanks for sharing!
I’m sorry your run wasn’t the best this morning 🙁 And that your comment codes got messed up. But at least they’re back in action and fixed up! I hate paying for site maintenance, ugh!
Hope tomorrow’s run is good one! Have a great weekend!
Nancy: Glad you found the recipe. Zesty (Cory) has some great recipes on his blog.
Nicole: Sometimes the body screams for a break. You just have to go with it. Thanks for the well wishes.
My husband and I are always messing with css. I think we are overconfident. We do a virtual server on the computer though, so we can test the changes before we publish them. That way we don’t mess up the original code!
