A Day In The Life

Well I TOTALLY messed up my comment files today.  I changed the code and forgot to copy the original so it’s a mess and I don’t know how to fix it.  Bluehost was somewhat of a help but the format is still a mess and I can’t have avatars on the comments because they don’t match up with the person who commented.  Grrrr!   So frustrating!  

On a better note, all workout goals accomplished so far.  Saturday is open to a distance run of where ever my feet take me.  It is suppose to be very cold so, for Shane’s sake, I’m not sure how long we’ll be out there.  

To end the workweek, I thought I’d put a day of my life in photos.  Just because… so this is a typical “Day in the Life”  of this blogger, foodie, health nut:

A large spinach salad with radish, grape tomatoes, red peppers, 1/4 cup wild rice, tofu, edamame, asparagus, tempeh (left overs).  Dressing is F/F Raspberry. NOTE:  healthy fats from tempeh and soy.


Back to work and had another snack at 2:40 pm.


Took 10 minutes to goof on my niece by “tagging” her photo on Facebook.


Made dinner and cleaned up the mess




Tonight’s a little different that the usual weeknight.  I’m going to Danella’s for a photography class. I’ve been waiting a long time for the opportunity to attend this class.  Can’t wait!

    Your 10K is so soon! Yay! Aww, poor Shane. Hope his boo boo is okay 🙂

    I never do back to back cardio and weights, but have thought about it sometimes! I think I would do weights first and reward myself with the cardio 🙂
