Not quite zero

It’s a frigid 4 degrees this morning.  I don’t think Shane minded only going for a 25 min. walk. His feet were freezing up again.  I took my hand out of my glove to warm his foot that he was holding up, then my hand got SO cold. We cut the walk short.  But I did manage 5 miles on the T/M and 35 minutes of back and triceps.  Good work out. I went a bit heavier on the weights for 15 reps. each exercise.

As for a bone warming breakfast, I opted for a mix of GF Steel Cut oats and Thick and Rough Oatmeal with diced pear, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice.  My morning shake was 1 scoop Jay Robb with 3 oz raspberries, 1/4 FUZE, lots of ice and water.

breakfast-0013The agenda for the day is the typical Monday schedule for me. Meetings for Ted, but he’s lucky. Ted gets to stay in his office right here at home, nice and warm.  I believe a visit to Nicholas is on the cal. for tonight.

On this day back in 1941, the US entered WWII.

Hey you guys… have a great Monday!
