Who knows why some days we wake up feeling like we could run a marathon?  That was this morning. So I took complete advantage of it.  See “Exercises” “Take Advantage of That Feeling: Energized Leg Routine”.

This mornings breakfast was 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill 5 Grain Hot Cereal with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp peanut butter. 1/2 a grapefruit.  1 scoop VPX Whey Protein with about 2.5 oz Raspberries, lots of ice and water. 

It’s raining today. So Shane and I made use of that energetic feeling plus the rain and shortened our morning excursion to 22 minutes but ran the whole way.  He doesn’t like the rain any more than I do, but … complaining about it doesn’t make it go away so we work with it.
