Didn’t seem like much and Broiled Tilapia with Sabra Hummus Parmesan

Tuesday, I did a bit of cross training for my morning workout:  chest & arms followed by 40 minutes on the bike. Since I had written down “3 1/2 miles running”, I was determined to get that run in.  It was getting late and there was time pressure so I got on the treadmill and ran a 5K pace.  I worked up a great sweat.
