This is GOOD! Aloic Aloe Vera Drink

The last mid to long haul before heading off to Disney.  Felt good about my 8 miles on Saturday and ok about my 14 miles Sunday.  The “ok” is because first, I got so tired at the 11 mile point and second, a blister popped up on my pinky toe.  I usually wear Injinji socks to prevent blisters but due to the cooler weather went with a warm, regular sock.  Lesson learned. I’m not so stealth and Breakfast Bars
