A New VDOT Score and Honey Glazed Swordfish Steaks

I’m still in Thrills Ville about my Saturday 10K PR.  That little accomplishment has brought on new questions regarding how to run Boston.  Do I base my pacing on my new 10K pace, 7:37?  That brought my VDOT score up 3 points indicating I could run the marathon at a pace of 8:07 which is 3 hours 34 minutes. Wouldn’t that be great?!!! Starting to feel it

I must have had a very good leg workout this morning because I'm getting sore already.  It was probably the workout coupled with the high resistance walking.  Guess that's good but I get really miserable when my legs are sore. That's a warning to Ted. Today I ate as normal but nothing really settled well.
