      I don’t think I have had wafer cookies – unless you count those neapolitan ones you can get in the stores that are rectangular and not at ALL natural or European-sounding! I love, love, love pineapple. I would eat it every day if it was easier to cut and transport. Yum!!

        Ali: Pineapple is not difficult at all to cut. Sharpen the chef knife in your kitchen and follow the photographs. :) If you go to Loacker’s site, click on the link, you can see what stores in your area carry them. Down load the $1.00 coupon.
