		<description>Sure!  how about puree of beans, or a mixture of nuts and beans?  You might try crumbling tempeh.  You could always use the meatless crumbles.</description>

It looks amazing but we don&#039;t like tofu and I would like it to be meatless.

Meatless meals - maybe this is all I will eat now after watching Food Inc!  :)  Actually we usually only eat meat once a week anyway.

One of my favorite meatless meals is a Eggplant and Chick pea stew.  I LOVE eggplant - do you?
