I have never used tofu in cookies! Interesting!

I missed the marathon because I was in training at work. I was bummed to miss it!

Looks like we were on similar thinking paths this week, regarding food. Just posted about responsible eating – I like the eating intelligently thoughts. If only more people would….*sigh* How much healthier we all could be! (btw: have been thinking about your comments re: chicken wings the other day – how you ‘used’ to eat them. that simple statement keeps rolling around in my head…)

So right on both accounts. 1. make sure the recipe makes sense to you and 2. it’s too bad those athletes didn’t make it. It’s a huge event with a lot of long painful training hours.
