Hi Pam: I think my next long race will be a half. My next race, most likely on April 3, will be the Fort-to-Fort which is a 10K. If I do it, my long run would have to be during the week again and that gets a bit tough as the miles get longer. If you can believe it, I get up even earlier when I feel like doing the long runs.

Great job on running 15 miles!! Is your next race going to be a marathon of half?
The sweet potato dish looks really good. One of my favorite veggies. Whole Foods has the garnet yams, they are so sweet, like candy, esp when you roast them-yum!

Joanne,
Its been a long while since I've visited your blog. As a vegetarian, I love the look of this recipe, esp as I don't think I've had edamame yet.
And re the movie. I have to admit I haven't seen it yet :D

Running Betty: Enjoy the HErshey's

Kitchen: It picks up the flavor of what you cook it with. Very subtle. What I enjoy the most about edamame is the texture. It "pops" in your mouth. Love it.
