Kilax: I really enjoy the AM workout. It seems later in the day it would be impossible for me to get a workout in since too many things come up that have to be done.
As for running and trying to jump and dodge the snow/slush/ice, I wish I could but right now it is too icy to be jumping, I'd go down for sure. I just try to go for a little longer, so slower, but longer. It's a trade off.

We just watched Public Enemies last week. I thought it could have been better too. I felt like they didn't develop the characters very well.

I didn't know exercising in the morning increased your mental acuity! Hmm. I am on my way to do my strength routine at the office gym right now (it's 5:30 am).

I've noticed that navigating around the snow/slush/ice is slowing down my running as well, but making my legs much more sore from all the jumping, dodging and trekking. ;)
