Hey Joanne! Thanks so much for making this with me this week. Your preparation looks so wonderful and tasty. I actually put my leftovers in a leafy salad the second night (to finish them up) and I thought it was even better. How smart of you to think outside the box like that!

This looks great, I was afraid that this was going to be too mayo and yogurty, but it looks like the dressing is not too overpowering. I like that you bulked it up with greens.

I really enjoyed this one too. I like your subs and also that you mixed it in with greens to make a substantial salad -really good idea!
