I won’t iron anything. I will go to extremes to avoid ironing. Today, since green is the official color, I pulled my green pants from the closet. They were so wrinkled, you would have thought they had been wadded up in a ball and tossed into the back of the closet.
I stepped on the legs and pulled on them. That didn’t help. I hung them over the shower while I washed to try and let the steam rid the pants of all their wrinkles. That didn’t help. I took the towel I dried off with and put it over the pants while hanging on the shower. Still wrinkled. I took the same towel, put it on the floor, put the pants on top of that towel and then put the towel used to dry my hair on top of the pants – PANT SANDWICH! While drying my hair, I stepped all over the sandwiched pants. Believe it or not, some of the wrinkle were gone. All this to avoid ironing. Crazy or what?!!!

Exercise
To begin my day, I had a good 30 minute treadmill run, 12 minutes on the ET, 35 minutes of working legs. 4 sets each, 15 repetitions.
- Squats and leg presses
- Dead lifts and leg curls
- leg extensions and calf raises
- 3 x squats with ball against the wall and 3 x ball crunches
Shane and I went for a short walk, 2 miles, because his back leg was stiff. Too much fooling around in the wet yard.
Eats
The shake of the day was Spiru-Tein. That chocolate one from yesterday. It needed a lot of help to make it even tolerable. I added 1/4 cup vanilla non fat soy milk, 1 packet Stevia, and 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. Still…not my favorite. Thank goodness only 4 packets left.
Breakfast grain was 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill 5 Grain Cereal with raisins and seeds, 1/2 TBS peanut butter.
No green beer today. Hopefully everyone who needed that fix had it over the past weekend. They are most likely celebrating in Ireland. Wonder if there is a web-cam somewhere over there? Hmmmm?

Bonnie tells me there is a spray you can purchase that “melts” away wrinkles. I’m conducting a search. 🙂
